Bookings

A booking reserves a crew for a two-hour arrival window. It is confirmed when our crew calls you. If we can’t reach you on the number given, we may cancel the booking.

Prices

Prices are fixed per service, the same for every car, and shown before you book. The price on your booking is the price you pay, even if our prices change later.

Payment

You pay by UPI after the wash, once you’ve checked the car. We don’t accept cash or advance payments. Please pay the amount shown on your booking to the UPI ID shown on the crew’s phone or your booking page.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge from your booking link until shortly before your slot. After that, please call us. We may reschedule or cancel for weather, safety or access reasons and will tell you as early as we can.

Access and parking rules

Please make sure the car can be reached and that washing is allowed where it’s parked. Tell us about any building rules in the booking notes.

If something isn’t right

Check the car before paying and tell the crew about anything you’re not happy with. If you notice a problem later, call +910000000000 within 24 hours and we’ll look into it.
