How does the doorstep car wash work?
You book a two-hour arrival window online. Our crew calls you before coming, washes the car where it is parked — at your gate, on your street or in your building's parking — and you pay by UPI after you have checked the car.
When and how do I pay?
Only after the wash, by UPI. The crew shows a QR code you can scan with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, or you can tap Pay with UPI on your booking page. There is no advance payment and no cash.
Does a bigger car cost more?
No. A hatchback, a sedan and an SUV all cost the same: ₹300 for Interior + Exterior. Nothing is added at your door.
Do I need to create an account or install an app?
No. You book with your mobile number and address. You get a private booking link to track, cancel or pay, and your phone remembers your details for next time.
How long does a wash take?
About 1 hr 15 min for Interior + Exterior. Large SUVs can take a little longer.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently wash cars in Koraput, Jeypore, Sunabeda, Damanjodi and Semiliguda in Koraput. If your area isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you when we reach it.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. The crew brings its own water, equipment and power.
Is a doorstep wash safe for my car’s paint?
The crew uses pH-neutral snow foam, microfibre wash mitts and drying towels, and separate cloths for wheels, so grit is lifted off rather than dragged across the paint.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Open your booking link and tap Cancel booking any time until shortly before your slot. To change the time, cancel and book again, or call us.
How do I know when the crew is coming?
Your booking page shows live status — confirmed, on the way, washing and done — and the crew calls you before leaving for your place.
Interior + Exterior
How long does an interior and exterior wash take?
About 75 minutes for most cars.
Do I need to empty the car first?
Please remove valuables and loose items so the crew can vacuum every corner.
